Very beautiful sustained, black, deep colour. The nose expresses itself with a lot of finesse on a dominance of red fruits, jam, strawberry soup, prune, licorice stick. What complexity! The attack on the palate is fresh, balanced with a beautiful harmony. This bottle is a model of balance and harmony.

Wine goes  well with beef, lamb, game (deer, roe deer)
