Pic Noir Syrah

The Black Peak, a bird with a black and red feather, a fine and pungent beak is a sedentary. We selected it for our Syrah cuvée, from 15-year-old vines that establish themselves each year a little more on shale hillsides. Like this bird they settle down. The wine offers a nose with aromas of blueberry berries, currants, blackcurrants, which recall the smallness of his eye as well as the color of his plumage. There will also be notes of spices, pepper, coffee and freshness in the mouth, these kinesthetic perceptions recall the pungent side of the bird.
