This wine expresses the shape of terroir for immediate pleasure in all circumstances, and gives a combination of complexity, deliciousness, meatiness and persistence.Ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of an assortment of fresh red fruits, blueberry, prune, cherry, red melon, blackberry. The minerality of wine specific to the terroir asserts itself with age. The palate reveals the lightness of schist tannins. Seductive with the velvety feel of a rich and fresh material.

Wine is pleasant to drink in all circumstances and goes well with turkey escalope rolled with pesto, lasagna, old Cantal.
