Riesling Les Éléments

The taste is dry, clear and mineral with a very weak residual sweetness that gives the wine the necessary weight and balance. Bott-Geyl ‘Les Elements’ is grown on some of the best fields for Riesling around the town of Riquewihr. Intense, straight and slightly perfumed wine with a dry, slightly spicy taste. Tones of anise and pepper complement the yellow stone fruits. Long and fresh acidity gives a mouth-watering expression despite the seriousness.

The wine can be enjoyed with crustaceans and shellfish, Japanese tempura, smoked or grilled fish.
