Who we are
Winemaking is above all a passion and in our family, this has passed down the generations for more than three centuries. Today we are the 12th generation of Birots to make wine and we try to demonstrate our passion by producing wines that will give you as much pleasure in drinking them as we have had to make them. Ollier: Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is a family estate in the north-eastern part of the AOC Faugères appellation in central Languedoc, Southern France. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted before they arrive in the cellars. In September 2009, we started the conversion of our whole estate to organic (AB).
