This Sancerre Rose is extremely fruity and is balanced in aroma and taste. The Pinot Noir grapes in the wine come from the vineyard’s best plots of land. The juice has been aged on the lees for 5 months, and no sulphite has been added to the wine The pale salmon pink color indicates the short maceration of the Pinot Noir skin. The wine has fresh notes of peach, grapefruit and mandarin. The taste is fresh and full of fruity flavor with a refined long aftertaste!
