In collaboration with Jérôme Loubès, I offer you this wine from the predominantly clay soil of Pézilla la Rivière in the Pyrénées-Orientales. I wanted it supple, drinkable, elegant with aromatic complexity and perfect balance. It tells you about the southern sun, the demands of hard work and the passion of my job as a winegrower. It will make your evenings with friends shine with a thousand sparkles.
The color reveals a pretty carmine red accompanied by light purple reflections. The nose expresses itself on notes of red and black fruits, followed by empyreumatic touches, toasted on flavors of cedar wood. The mouth round and supple on the attack, then gives us an excellent freshness for a nice balance.
