Chablis

A mineral and sharply structured Chablis made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape, which balances perfectly between freshness and concentration. The wine is archetypal Chablis with flint notes, freshly cut grass, citrus and a light fatness.

The wine can be enjoyed with oily fish, fish, smoked salmon and oysters.
