Cotes du Rhone Villages “Massif d’uchaux”

Intense and brilliant cherry red colour. Complex wine, ample and supple and generous with aromas of ripefruit and spices, pepper. The tannins are structured.

This wine goes well with  charcuterie, a pepper tart, roast quail with chestnuts, a roast duckling with black olives, rabbit with prunes, moussaka etc.
