Éte indien, in French Indian summer, is a macerated white wine, also called orange wine. Straight in Yellow apples, acacia, mango pineapple.
Consistent with the aroma palette, yellow apples dominate stone fruit, gray pear tropical flavors, also secondary slightly autolytic, brioche despite 2021. Good acidity and tannin level, nice against a simple sherry with tapas a la Barcelona. Also an aperitivo or with an apple compote with vanilla sauce.
